Ingredients:
Frozen Flakes of Coconut (unsweetened) also found at the Indian market
1 Bunch of cilantro
Green chilies (spicy Thai chilies)
Ginger (1/2 inch)
Lemon juice
Salt to taste
Preparation:
Blend all of the above. Add enough water to blend without making the chutney runny. Serve with the dosas on the side.
