Ingredients:
1/4 kg dessicated coconut
400 gms sugar
100 gms pwd cashewnuts
1 cup milk
a few drops vanilla essence
1 tsp butter
Directions:
Dissolve the sugar in the milk.
Add the coconut and pwd cashewnuts and food color and essence.
Keep on stirring till it leaves the sides.
Add butter.
Once it has completely left the sides of the vessel, remove onto a greased plate and spread evenly.
Cut when cool.
