Banana Bread

Ingredients:

• • 3 pretty ripe bananas

  • 1 egg

  • ½ stick butter melted

  • 1 tbsp vanilla

  • ½ cup sugar

  • 1 tbsp brown sugar

  • Honey not measured maybe 2 tbsp

  • 1 ½ cup flour

Preparation:

Mix like a cake and bake in low profile glass pan 11’’ X 5’’ at 350C for 32 min until nothing sticks to inserted knife
