Ingredients:
1 medium onion
3 cloves Garlic
4 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
1 can of chopped plum tomatoes
6 basil leaves
2 tbsp. Oregano
Honey 0.5tsp
sea salt
freshly ground black pepper
Preparation:
Saute onion and garlic in a skillet with olive oil until they are brown at medium heat. Reduce heat and add tomatoes, oregano and basil leaves. Stir in the and salt and pepper to taste. Let it simmer until sauce is thick for 10 minutes. Serve on top of pasta. Add honey to reduce acidity. Note: You can add prawns to make it more delicious!!
