Ingredients:
2 cans tomato puree/sauce
2 Half pints whipping cream
1 stick butter
1 pound chicken
Pavbhaji masala
Sugar
Salt
Turmeric Powder
Red chili powder
Cumin powder
Ginger
Garlic
Green Chilies (Serrano Peppers)
Curry powder
Cilantro chopped
Preparation:
Melt butter in pan on low heat. Add freshly ground ginger, garlic and green chilies. Cook for five minutes on low heat. Add tomato puree/sauce and the rest of the ingredients. Cook for 5-10 minutes. Simmer. Finally add whipping cream and simmer. Add chicken and cook. Add chopped cilantro if you desire.
