Ingredients:
1 lb Small mushrooms (500g)
1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
3/4 cup Breadcrumbs
1/2 cup Onions, finely chopped
1/2 teaspoon Oregano
2 cloves Garlic, minced
2 tablespoons Parsley, chopped
1 teaspoon Salt
1/2 teaspoon Pepper
1/4 cup Olive oil
Preparation:
Preheat oven to 350F (180C). Remove stems from mushrooms and chop fine. Combine with remaining ingredients and spoon into mushroom caps. Bake 25 minutes. NOTES : Baked mushrooms stuffed with Parmesan herbed breadcrumbs. Long time favorite!
